My journey has a Bodyworker is about learning, embodying, and integrating the 5 Elements in the 5 Doshas, how can we feel and understand better their presence in our bodies and around us, which are the methods, therapies, practices or systems that can mediate this relation.
As an environmental engineer, I learn and work with our external relation with the ecosystem.
As a bodyworker and yogini, I look for inner engineering to feel, understand, and integrate all these dimensions inside.
As a firekeeper, learn and practice the ways of the Elements.
For the past years, been preparing and putting together an approach that is a journey through the healing arts of the 5 Elements.
Element Air - Asana and Pranayama
Element Fire - Fire Cleanse, Sauna, Temazcal
Element Water - Aquatic Bodywork in warm water
Element Earth - Deep Tissue, Thai Massage, Sobada Maya
Element Ether - Reiki, Solfeggio Frequencies Quantum Sound Therapy and Singing Bowls.
This voyage has 5 sessions in a specific order, so the elements are embodied and integrated because each plays a unique role in the functions and structures of our body and each one has a ‘season’ in our cycle of life.
I am grateful to my teachers who have passed the knowledge and inspire me to put together this approach.
