Com iluminação quente, WC, ar condicionado e duas janelas com blackout, oferece tranquilidade, silêncio e conforto.

Zen Forest Portugal is an intimate, nature‑immersed retreat venue ideal for small to mid‑sized workshops, wellness retreats, and private events. Set within a tranquil, wooded setting, the venue combines rustic charm with comfortable, modern amenities to create a calm, focused atmosphere.
The family lives on site, offering a warm, attentive presence and immediate support throughout your stay.
Quiet, restorative, and private — designed to support mindfulness, creativity, and individual or group connection.
Features flexible event room(s) suitable for sessions, talks, classes or shared meals; configurable seating/arrangement options in different areas of the venue.
Forested grounds, terraces and garden areas for outdoor practice, ceremonies, walking meditation, or small group gatherings.
On‑site guest rooms for attendees (comfortable, simple, and clean) with check‑in/out times set to support extended weekend retreats.
Food & catering: On‑site catering available (menu planning with advance notice); able to accommodate group dining and dietary needs upon prior arrangement.
Facilities & services: Housekeeping, secure common areas, and dedicated host/venue contact for planning and coordination.
Accessibility & logistics: Convenient for regional arrivals with transport options; detailed arrival instructions and assistance provided for transfers and extra nights (subject to availability).

We are a healing sanctuary. We receive our clients for different therapies, Bodywork, elemental work, energy work, breathwork, consciousness awareness.
We utilize our space for trainings, events or workshops, individual or group therapies.
The land is a 9 hect farm with horses, cheap, chicken, goats.
We have a large swimming pool available with the rental of the temple and the patio in front of the house.
We have 2 rates, half a day 4h for 150euros and 250euros for a full day 8h.
we rent a room with private shower and bathroom linked to the temple, if you want to do a private one on one retreat. There is also on the land 3 bungallows for 3 people each, and a 4 people airbnb. The lodging are extra cost.
