Look at the total number of hours and how many of them are supervised practice — that is where you learn to work with real people, and it is the figure that varies most between schools. Ask who teaches and how long they have practised, not only how long they have taught. Request the module-by-module syllabus, and check what happens afterwards: is there supervision, a placement, or support as you start working? Serious schools answer this without hesitating. Compare the format too. In-person, online and hybrid serve different purposes, and the practical component usually requires being there.
