The reason
Kuralis started from a simple frustration: finding a good therapist in Portugal still depends on knowing someone who knows someone. We have spent the last year building the alternative — real profiles, real agendas, real reviews — always on the other side of a screen.
This month we step out of it. On 11, 12 and 13 September we are at the Festival de Bem-Estar for the first time — formerly the Feira Alternativa, and the country's largest gathering for wellbeing and complementary therapies. Three days at Parque de Jogos 1.º de Maio in Lisbon, with a space of our own.
It will be the first time we are physically in the same room as both halves of what we do: people looking for a therapist, and therapists. That is bigger than a stand — it is proof that what we have been building exists outside the site.
And a fair lasts three days. Someone in Porto, Faro or Braga would feel none of it. So we did the opposite of the usual: instead of a discount for whoever turns up, 20% off every booking made on Kuralis for the whole of September — any practitioner, any therapy, anywhere in the country.
The 20% comes out of each practitioner's price, not out of a margin of ours: we take no commission on sessions. They are offering this alongside us. It seemed the better way to mark the occasion — giving people a reason to try, and the practitioners a month with more people at the door.

Directly, on the day, as always. Kuralis processes no payments and takes no commission.
The rest, in detail
- The booking date counts, not the session date
- Book by 30 September and the discount holds, even if the appointment only happens in October or later.
- Not every profile shows a price
- Practitioners who have not set a price on their service show no amount — you agree it with them directly, and the campaign does not apply automatically.
- What it is calculated on
- On the price the practitioner had set before the campaign. The struck-through amount is that real price, not a figure raised for the occasion.
- A practitioner may decline
- As with any booking. Each professional runs their own agenda and accepts or declines requests. A few asked to be left out of the campaign, and those show their standard price.
- Cancellations and rescheduling
- These are the practitioner's own terms and do not change because of the campaign. Reschedule a session booked in September and the agreed amount stands.
