The Breath Temple is a space to step out of everyday life, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. Each edition offers a different theme and intention while guiding you through a complete Holosomatic Breathwork® experience. Through embodiment, Conscious Connected Breathwork, music and integration, you are invited to move beyond constant thinking and listen more deeply to your body. The breath can open space for emotional release, greater clarity, nervous-system regulation and a renewed sense of connection. There is no pressure to create a particular experience. You are encouraged to follow your own rhythm and meet whatever arises with curiosity. No previous breathwork experience is required. The experience includes: • Arrival and grounding • Embodiment and connection • Guided Holosomatic Breath Therapy® journey • Music and headphone guidance • Integration and closing
