Steffi Haxel Breathwork in Lisboa

My work is for people who want to step out of constant doing and reconnect with themselves through the power of their breath. Holosomatic Breathwork® is a body-based approach that combines conscious breathing, music, somatic awareness and integration. It can support you in releasing stress and emotional tension, finding greater clarity and reconnecting with your body, your emotions and your inner resources. Every session is different. Depending on your needs and intentions, we may work with gentle, regulating breathing practices or with a deeper, more activating breathwork process. I create a safe and supportive space in which all emotions and experiences are welcome, without pressure to achieve a particular outcome. I offer individual sessions, group experiences and online breathwork. My sessions can be especially supportive during periods of stress, overwhelm or personal change, or whenever you feel disconnected, stuck or constantly switched on. No previous breathwork experience is required. I’m Steffi Haxel, a certified Holosomatic Breathwork® Facilitator, Coach and Psychological Counsellor based in Lisbon. I’m the founder of Blooming Souls and Breathwork Lisbon. My background also includes mindfulness, psychological counselling and Gestalt-based training. At the heart of my work is the belief that breathwork is more than a technique. It is a way to return to yourself, feel what is present and create space for greater connection, clarity and aliveness. Sessions are available in English and German, in person in Lisbon and online.
