Bettina Schnell

Hello everyone! I'm Bettina, a psychologist and certified yoga teacher - and I'm excited to welcome you to The Recovery Space. After some time of traveling and exploring different cultures and approaches to wellbeing, I decided to create a space that brings together two worlds that have shaped my own journey: psychology and yoga. I believe that wellbeing is not about eliminating stress or always feeling calm - it is about developing the awareness, flexibility and resilience to meet life's challenges with greater ease. Drawing on my background in psychology and yoga, I offer a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore practical ways of supporting both mind and body. Whether through movement, breath, reflection or conversation, my intention is to help people cultivate a more compassionate relationship with themselves and create lasting change in everyday life.
