RECONNECT — Autumn Edition is a four-hour retreat experience in the forests of Sintra, created to help you pause, leave your usual rhythm behind and return to yourself through breath, embodiment, nature and genuine connection. This is more than a breathwork session. It is a carefully guided journey that moves through five stages: ARRIVE — slow down and become present CONNECT — meet yourself, the group and the natural surroundings EMBODY — move out of your head and into your body BREATHE — experience a guided Holosomatic Breath Therapy® journey INTEGRATE — allow the experience to settle before returning to everyday life You do not need to arrive with a clear intention or have any previous breathwork experience.
