Mantra & Sound — A journey through the seven chakras 🪷 On September 27, we gather in Baía yoga studio for an evening of mantra chanting and sound healing ✨ Let your voice become medicine. Let each mantra open a doorway. Let sound bring you back to presence. Through a guided call-and-response kirtan, accompanied by harmonium and soft percussion, we’ll journey through the seven chakras — ending with a deeply grounding Tibetan sound healing to settle into stillness. 🤍 No experience needed. No singing voice required. Just your breath, your presence, and a willingness to feel. 🗓️ Sunday, September 27 🕡 6:30–8:00 pm 📍 Baía Caparica ✨ Contribution: 25€ Spots are limited. DM me to reserve your place. 💌
