It is a carefully guided journey that moves through five stages: ARRIVE — slow down and become present CONNECT — meet yourself, the group and the natural surroundings EMBODY — move out of your head and into your body BREATHE — experience a guided Holosomatic Breathwork® journey INTEGRATE — allow the experience to settle before returning to everyday life You do not need to arrive with a clear intention or have any previous breathwork experience.
