Hello beautiful souls, I’m so happy to invite you to my next Sound Healing & Aura Cleansing session, taking place at Ocean Yoga Studio on October 11th, from 6:30–7:30pm. This will be a beautiful evening to slow down, reconnect with yourself, release tension, and simply be. A space for deep relaxation, presence, inner harmony, and peace of mind. We will begin with a sound bath, creating a meditative journey through the vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. Allow yourself to lie down, close your eyes, breathe, and let the sounds gently carry you inward. We will then move into an aura cleansing with the singing bowls, using their sound and vibrations to create a sense of energetic cleansing and renewal. To finish, we’ll experience the bowls directly on the body — placed gently on areas such as the chest, belly, back, and legs — allowing you to feel the beautiful vibrations from within and experience the sound in a much more intimate and physical way. The sounds and vibrations of the bowls can help create a deeply relaxing experience, encouraging the body and mind to slow down, soften, and return to a greater sense of balance and harmony. ✨ October 11 🕡 6:30–7:30pm 📍 Ocean Yoga Studio 💫 Contribution: 20€ Come as you are.
