Yoga & Sound is back this Sunday 🪷 Join us at Bone Free for a beautiful morning of movement, presence, relaxation, sound healing & connection 🧘🏻‍♀️ We’ll start with an all-levels yoga class, followed by a relaxing sound bath with Tibetan bowls. Afterwards, we’ll gather together and enjoy an açaí bowl, with homemade lemonade or tea/coffee 🌈 🗓️ Sunday, September 20th ⏰ 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM 📍 Bone Free, Costa da Caparica 💶 20€ Includes: ✨ 1h yoga class ✨ 30min sound bath ✨ Açaí bowl + homemade lemonade (or tea/coffee), served at 11:30 AM Bring your yoga mat, water bottle & a cosy sweater for the sound healing.
