Mariana Dakini

Mariana Dakini is a dedicated holistic practitioner, traveller, and educator, passionate about empowering others on their transformative healing journey. Over the past 15 years, she has travelled to India, where she has both taught and attended classes, workshops, and yoga teacher trainings with great masters. Guided by the wisdom of Ayurveda, she integrates a diverse range of therapies, including Integrative Reiki, Tantra, and holistic psychotherapy. Her extensive yoga training (500+ hours) spans various traditions, including Ashtanga Vinyasa (authorised), Hatha, Iyengar (with master Sharat Arora), and Tantra Yoga (Shri Kali Ashram, India). Dakini's current focus is on the meridian theory of Yin Yoga, fascia release, and their connection to emotional well-being. She believes in the body's innate capacity for healing and guides others in releasing stagnant emotions and finding greater balance, leading to profound personal transformation. She shares her expertise in retreats, workshops, and as a yoga teacher trainer in La Casa Shambala, where she leads 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified programs, and YACEP - offering certified continuing education, mostly in Portugal and Spain, but also worldwide.
